Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 October 2026. English only. Read this before you play, pay, or claim.
1. Who we are — and who we are not
THC Arcade is an independent community website around the $THC token (simpletoken, id 254 on SimpleDEX). Operator: ProtonValve, also known as onthewall. This is a hobby project. It is not a company, bank, casino, exchange, or licensed financial service.
XPR Network, Proton, WebAuth, Metal Pay, SimpleDEX, and their affiliates are not connected to this site. They did not build it, do not endorse it, do not host it, and are not responsible for it. Do not contact them about bugs, claims, or lost tokens from THC Arcade.
2. Games, not something you consume
Grow, Yard, and Proton City are browser games with a cannabis theme. We do not sell cannabis, seeds, or any controlled substance. Plants, jars, plots, and boards inside the games are game items only.
3. $THC is not an investment
$THC is a community token you can earn, spend, and claim inside the arcade. It may be tradeable somewhere else and it may have a market price. We do not promise that price, any liquidity, or that the token keeps existing. Earn rates, the daily claim cap, plot and gear prices, and the reward rules can change or end at any time. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. Any tax on your tokens is yours to handle.
Pending $THC in the browser is not on the chain until a claim succeeds. The vault account thcarcade pays only when it has a balance and you sign. We can cap, delay, or refuse a claim. A claim is not a debt we owe you.
4. Real value can move
A wallet signature can send $THC or XPR that has real market value. Read every prompt before you approve it. New plots are paid from your wallet in $THC. Proton City boards are paid in XPR for a cosmetic slot on this site, not a share of the city, the token, or us. On-chain payments are final. We do not refund them, and we cannot reverse them.
5. Your wallet is yours
You connect with WebAuth on Proton. You hold the keys. We do not custody them, we cannot recover a lost account, and we cannot undo a transfer you signed. What you sign is final and is written on a public blockchain.
6. The arcade is experimental
Games, art, and contracts can change without notice. A score, a harvest, or a pending balance can be voided if it came from a bug or a cheat. The vault can run empty. The site can pause or shut down. You play at your own risk. You can lose every $THC and XPR you spend or expect to receive.
7. Fair play, and what you post
Do not bot the games, edit the client, forge scores, or abuse a bug. We can wipe pending rewards, drop a wallet from the boards, and block it from the site.
In Yard and Proton City, do not paint, upload, or post anything illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or someone else's intellectual property. We can hide or delete pieces and boards without notice. You keep the rights to what you made. You give us a license to show it on this site.
8. Age and your local law
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for whether games, crypto, and cannabis-themed content are legal where you live. If they are not, leave. We do not check your age or your jurisdiction.
9. No warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We disclaim all warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator, the thcarcade account, and anyone helping run the arcade are not liable for lost tokens, lost profits, lost data, downtime, exploits, third-party wallets, XPR Network outages, or anything else that happens because you used this site. If a court still finds liability, it is capped at the XPR or $THC you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
10. Privacy
Your XPR account name is public on the chain. It can also show on leaderboards and city boards. Grow progress, tasks, and pending $THC stay in your browser until you claim or a score is synced. We do not sell your data and we do not ask for identity documents. There is no separate privacy policy. This section is it.
11. Changes
We can change the games, the caps, these terms, or the whole site at any time. This page is the version that applies. If you keep playing, paying, or claiming after a change, you accept the new terms.
12. That's the deal
These are house rules for a hobby arcade, in plain English. By playing, paying, or claiming you accept them. If you don't, close the tab.
